A fixed price way to find out where AI will actually help your firm, and what it would take.

The Operating Model and AI Review is Whitecrow's fixed price starting point, at $2,500 ex GST. We run one four hour, in person workshop with three to six of your people, then two and a half weeks later hand you a costed plan: where AI and automation fit in your firm, ranked by value, with scoped builds and a 90 day roadmap.

Who is the review for?

Australian professional services firms of roughly 20 to 100 people whose growth has outrun their processes: accounting practices, financial advice and paraplanning groups, property managers, legal, construction and other admin heavy businesses.

It suits owners, managing directors, practice managers and operations leads who know too much of the week goes on documents, data entry, compliance checks, email and moving information between systems, and want a clear answer on what to fix first.

What happens in the workshop?

Four hours, in person, with the people who actually do the work. We map how work moves through the firm today: what comes in, who touches it, which systems it passes through and where it waits. We look for the repeated, rules based work that software can take on, and the places where people are retyping the same information.

What do you get at the end?

Two and a half weeks after the workshop you receive:

  • An opportunity map of where AI and automation fit across the firm
  • A ranked productivity register, so you can see what to do first and why
  • Scoped statements of work for the top one or two builds, with cost
  • A 90 day roadmap

The plan is yours to keep whether or not you build anything with us.

What happens after the review?

Most firms carry on into a rolling monthly build and support arrangement, with 30 days notice either way. We build the systems in the plan, host them, and keep improving them as your team uses them. Read more about working with an embedded AI team.
